SILVER CHEF ISSUES PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR 6 MONTHS ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2012

• Forecast EPS in the range of 20.5 cps to 21.5 cps

• Represents an increase on December 2011 EPS of between 12.7% to 18.3%

• Maintaining full year profit guidance

Leading Australian business equipment financier Silver Chef Limited (ASX Code: SIV) has today released guidance for the six months ending 31 December 2012.

The Company expects to report Earnings per Share (EPS) of between 20.5 cps and 21.5 cps, an increase on December 2011 EPS of between 12.7% to 18.3%.

Chief Financial Officer David Wilson said the Company was continuing to experience solid growth in demand for its products.

“The organic growth of the Silver Chef and GoGetta brands in core markets we experienced through last year has continued into the current financial year. Our expansion into New Zealand and the addition of the new GoGetta Go.Own.plus product are continuing to gather momentum,” he said.

Silver Chef maintains its full year profit guidance of between 41 cps and 43 cps.
