Sitowise Group Plc Other information disclosed according to the rules of the Exchange 30 March 2023 at 9.15 a.m. EEST Sitowise Group Plc has published its updated remuneration policy for its governing bodies at www.sitowise.com/investors/governance/remuneration. Sustainability has been included in the policy as one of the targets which compensation is supporting, in addition to certain changes to the terminology used in the policy. The policy is also available as an attachment to this release. The updated remuneration policy is presented for the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2023. The Board of Directors proposes that the updated remuneration policy of the governing bodies be approved through an advisory resolution.
