Sitowise Group Plc (the "Company") has today received a notification in
accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act
from The Capital Group Companies, Inc., according to which The Capital Group
Companies, Inc.'s indirect holding of the shares and votes of the Company
increased above the threshold of 5 percent on 25 March 2021.

According to the notification, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. holds a total
of 2,042,482 shares corresponding to 5.92 percent of the Company’s shares and
votes. Neither The Capital Group Companies, Inc. nor any of its affiliates own
shares of the Company for its own account. Rather, the shares reported are owned
by accounts under the discretionary investment management of one or more of the
investment management companies of The Capital Group Companies, Inc.

The share capital of the Company consists in aggregate of 34,493,874 shares,
each share entitling to one (1) vote. The amount of the shares of the Company
does not include new shares issued in the personnel offering, which will be
registered in the Trade Register on or about 14 April 2021.
