Sitowise Group Plc: Announcement of a change in shareholding according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act

Sitowise Group Plc (the "Company") has today received a notification in
accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act
from Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension, according to which
Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension indirect holding of the shares and votes
of the Company increased above the threshold of 5 percent on 25 August 2021.

According to the notification, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. holds a total
of 1,960,089 shares corresponding to 5.53 percent of the Company’s shares and
votes. Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension is a fully owned subsidiary of
Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ). It is underlying policy takers who have acquired
the shares.

The share capital of the Company consists in aggregate of 35,415,927 shares,
each share entitling to one (1) vote.
