Description

SiteMinder Limited (‘SDR’) has now satisfied the conditions of admission and was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Friday, 5 November 2021.

Quotation of SDR’s securities will commence at 11:00AM AEDT on Monday, 8 November 2021 on a conditional and deferred settlement basis .

SDR raised $626,999,998 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 21 October 2021 by the issue and transfer of 123,913,043 shares at an issue price of $5.06 per share.
