Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie
Padova, 04 gennaio 2021 – SIT S.p.a. ("SIT" o la "Società"), società quotata sul mercato MTA, rende noto che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 6 maggio 2020, ed avviato in pari data, nel periodo tra il 28 dicembre 2020 e il 30 dicembre 2020 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 9.600 azioni ordinarie SIT ad un prezzo medio unitario di Euro 5,8081 per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 55.757,95.
Di seguito si riporta il dettaglio delle operazioni su base giornaliera:

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme
Padua, January 4th, 2021 – SIT S.p.a. ("SIT", or the "Company"), listed on the MTA market, with reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on May 6th 2020, and launched on the same date, informs that in the period between December 28th, 2020, and December 30th, 2020, acquired n. 9.600 SIT's ordinary shares at an average unit price of EUR 5,8081 per share, for a total amount of EUR 55.757,95.
