Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie
Padova, 20 settembre 2021 – SIT S.p.a. ("SIT" o la "Società"), società quotata sul mercato MTA, rende noto che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 29 aprile 2021, ed avviato in pari data, nel periodo tra il 13 settembre 2021 e il 17 settembre 2021 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 30.700 azioni ordinarie SIT ad un prezzo medio unitario di Euro 10,2040 per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 313.262,59.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme
Padua, September 20th, 2021 – SIT S.p.a. ("SIT", or the "Company"), listed on the MTA market, with reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on April 29th 2021, and launched on the same date, informs that in the period between September 13th, 2021, and September 17th, 2021, acquired n. 30.700 SIT's ordinary shares at an average unit price of EUR 10,2040 per share, for a total amount of EUR 313.262,59.
