COMUNICAZIONE DELLA VARIAZIONE DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE DI SIT S.P.A.

Padova, 13 dicembre 2021

SIT S.p.A. ("SIT"), società italiana quotata sull'Euronext Milan, ai sensi dell'art. 85-bis del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999 come successivamente modificato, comunica la nuova composizione del capitale sociale a seguito dell'esercizio – nel corso del mese di novembre 2021 - di n. 480.366 warrant SIT, convertiti in n. 82.094 azioni ordinarie di nuova emissione negoziate su Euronext Milan (con conseguente modifica del capitale sociale di Euro 8.209,40), come già reso noto al mercato con apposito comunicato diffuso in data 1 dicembre 2021.

Ad esito di quanto precede la nuova composizione del capitale sociale risulta essere la seguente:

Lo Statuto sociale aggiornato è stato depositato, in data odierna, presso il Registro delle Imprese di Padova. Una volta avvenuta l'iscrizione dello Statuto aggiornato, la Società provvederà a renderlo disponibile sul sito internet della Società (www.sitcorporate.it > sezione Corporate Governance > Documenti di Governance), nonché sul sistema di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" ().

SIT S.P.A. - CHANGES IN THE SHARE CAPITAL'S COMPOSITION

Padua, 13th December 2021

SIT S.p.A. ("SIT"), Italian company listed on Euronext Milan, pursuant to art. 85-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999 as subsequently amended, communicates the new the share capital's composition following the exercise - during the month of November 2021 - of no. 480.366 SIT warrants, converted into no. 82.094 new ordinary shares traded on Euronext Milan (with the following capital increase of Euro 8.209,40), as already disclosed to the market with the previous press release published on December 1st, 2021.

As a result of the foregoing, the new composition of the share capital is the following:

The updated company bylaws has been filed today with the Padua Company Registration Office. Once the updated company bylaws have been registered, the Company will make it available on the Company's website (www.sitcorporate.it >Corporate Governance section> Governance Documents), as well as on the authorized storage system "eMarket STORAGE" (www. emarketstorage.com).
