FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025 VARIATION

Padua, October 21st, 2025 – SIT S.p.A., a multinational listed on the Euronext Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, as a partial amendment to the 2025 financial calendar announced on January 23rd, 2025, hereby notifies the following variation of the 2025 financial calendar in compliance with disclosure requirements:

Monday October 27th 2025 (instead of 11 November 2025)	Board of Directors: Consolidated Quarterly Report as of 30th September 2025. Conference call with the financial market for the presentation of the results will follow.

The updated financial calendar 2025 is as follows:
