PUBBLICATION NOTICE OF HALF–YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 30 JUNE 2022

Padua, August 5th , 2022 – SIT S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Milan segment organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the Half – Year Financial Report as of 30th June 2022, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on August 4th, 2022, as well the Auditors' Report, is available at the Company's registered office in Padova, viale dell'Industria 31-33, on corporate website (www.sitcorporate.it, section Investor Relations > Financial Results), and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarketStorage", available on the website .
