PUBBLICAZIONE DELLO STATUTO SOCIALE DI SIT S.P.A.
Padova, 17 dicembre 2021
SIT S.p.A. ("SIT"), società italiana quotata sull'Euronext Milan, comunica che lo Statuto sociale aggiornato, depositato in data 13 dicembre u.s. presso il Registro delle Imprese di Padova ed in seguito iscritto presso il medesimo Registro, è stato pubblicato sul sito internet della Società (www.sitcorporate.it > sezione Corporate Governance > Documenti di Governance), nonché sul sistema di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" ().
