Padua, January 10, 2018 – SIT S.p.A gives notice, according to article 17 of the AIM Italia Rules for Companies, of the following Financial Calendar for the year 2018:

DATE	EVENT
March 20, 2018	Board of Directors: Approval of Financial Statements as of December 31, 2017.
April 26, 2018	Annual Shareholders' Meeting for approval of Financial Statements as of December 31, 2017.
September 10, 2018	Board of Directors: Approval of Half Year Financial Statements as of June 30, 2018

Any change to the above-mentioned calendar, will be timely notified.
