Padua, January 14th, 2021 – SIT S.p.A, a company listed on the MTA market, gives notice of the following Financial Calendar for the year 2021:

| May 12th, 2021 | Board of Directors: Consolidated Quarterly Report as of March 31st, 2021 |
| September 8th, 2021 | Board of Directors: Approval of Half Year Financial Statements as of June 30th, 2021 |
| November 10th, 2021 | Board of Directors: Consolidated Quarterly Report as of September 30th, 2021 |
