Suspension of Trading

At the request of China Rise International Holdings Limited, trading in the shares and warrants of the Company will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 29 November 2007 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a very substantial acquisition of the Company.
