CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (‘‘Board’’) of Sustainable Forest Holdings Limited (‘‘Company’’) announces that Mr. Chan Hon To (‘‘Mr. Chan’’) has resigned as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 18 November 2011 for personal reason. The Board further announces that Ms. Yeung Wing Yee (‘‘Ms. Yeung’’) has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 18 November 2011.

Ms. Yeung is a practising solicitor in Hong Kong, prior to joining the Company, she practised in Hong Kong in the field of commercial and corporate finance. Ms. Yeung graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws degree.

The Board takes this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chan for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure and also extends its welcome to Ms. Yeung on her new appointment.
