RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board hereby announces that Mr. Leung Chau Ping, Paul has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 23 December 2011.

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Sustainable Forest Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Mr. Leung Chau Ping, Paul (“ Mr. Leung ”) has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 23 December 2011 due to his intention to pursue his other personal affairs.

Mr. Leung confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters with respect to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Leung for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
