Members are hereby informed that pursuant to Section 110 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the Act"), read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Security and Intelligence Services (India) Limited ("the Company") has on Thursday, November 14, 2019, completed the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice along with the Postal Ballot Form to all the members whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners as on Friday, November 1, 2019, through (a) electronic means to the members whose email IDs are with the Company or with the Depositories; and (b) through physical mode, along with a postage-prepaid self-addressed Business Reply Envelope to those members whose email addresses are not so registered.

IST), and will end on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 (at 17:00 hrs. IST). The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 (after 17:00 hrs. IST)
