With reference to our letter dated August 24, 2020, we wish to inform you that Mr. Ravindra Kishore Sinha and Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha, the Promoters of the Company have completed sale of equity shares of the Company aggregating to 815,000 Equity Shares, constituting 0.56% of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company, on August 28, 2020, pursuant to our letter dated August 24, 2020 and the undertaking issued by the Promoters dated August 24, 2020 and in compliance with the requirements of Rules 19(2)(b) and 19(A) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, as amended, and Regulation 38 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with Para 2(a) and Para (3) of the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/43/2018 dated February 22, 2018 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/81 dated May 14, 2020 in connection with the manner of achieving minimum public shareholding and the timelines by which such actions need to be taken.
