In continuation of the disclosure submitted by SIS Limited (“ Company ”) on September 12, 2022, regarding the agreement for the acquisition of the remaining 15% shareholding in Safety Direct Solutions Pty Ltd (“ SDS ”) by SIS Australia Group Pty Limited (“ SIS Australia Group ”), a subsidiary of the Company, we wish to inform you that SIS Australia Group has acquired the remaining 15% shareholding in SDS.
Upon completion of this acquisition, the holding of SIS Australia Group in SDS has increased from 85% to 100%.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, have already been disclosed in the intimation letter dated September 12, 2022.
