• Sub: Update on the acquisition of equity shares in A P Securitas Private Limited (“A P Securitas”)

• Ref: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In continuation of the disclosure submitted by SIS Limited (“ Company ”) on September 5, 2025, regarding the approval of the acquisition of A P Securitas Private Limited (“ A P Securitas ”), we wish to inform you that the Company has completed the acquisition of 64,556 equity shares from the existing shareholders for a total consideration of INR 71.29 crores. Consequently, the Company holds 51% shareholding in A P Securitas.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, have already been disclosed in the intimation letter dated September 5, 2025.
