Sub: Update on investment in Agarsha Senior Care Private limited
Ref: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
In continuation of our disclosures dated March 28, 2024, and April 18, 2024, regarding the investment in Agarsha Senior Care Private limited (“ Agarsha ”), we wish to update you that the Company has completed the secondary investment of INR 2.17 crores in accordance with the Share Subscription Agreement signed with Agarsha on March 28, 2024. Consequently, the Company has completed the acquisition of 1,96,962 equity shares from the existing shareholders as a secondary investment in Agarsha.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, have already been disclosed in the intimation letter dated March 28, 2024.
