4. Update on acquisition of 7.65% shareholding in Staqu as per the announcement dated April 27, 2022
5. Update on acquisition of 2.18% shareholding in Staqu as per the announcement dated May 25, 2022
With reference to the above disclosures made by SIS Limited (“the Company”) intimating about the proposed acquisition of 10.01% shareholding of Staqu and further updates on the completion of the acquisition of 9.83% shareholding of Staqu, we wish to inform you that due to non-fulfilment of the conditions precedent in the definitive agreements by one of the shareholders of Staqu, acquisition of the remaining 0.18% shareholding in Staqu was not completed. As on date, the holding of the Company in Staqu is 9.83%.
