With reference to the disclosure made by SIS Limited (“the Company”) on May 24, 2022, intimating about the agreement for acquisition of 49.99% shareholding in Terminix SIS India Private Limited (“Terminix”), we wish to inform you that the Company has completed purchase of 49.99% shareholding in Terminix, pursuant to which the holding of the Company in Terminix as on date is 100%.
