In continuation to the disclosure submitted by SIS Limited (“ Company ”) on September 1, 2022, pertaining to intimation of the agreement for the acquisition of 85% shareholding in Safety Direct Solutions Pty Ltd (“ SDS ”) by SIS Australia Group Pty Limited (“ SIS Australia Group ”), a subsidiary of the Company, we wish to inform you that as on September 12, 2022, SIS Australia Group has acquired 85% shareholding in SDS.
