On May 10, 2021 , SiriusPoint Ltd. issued a press release reporting its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021 and announcing the availability of its first quarter financial supplement. A copy of the press release and the financial supplement are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
