Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 4, 2021 Joseph L. Dowling III notified SiriusPoint Ltd. (the "Company") of his intent to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company and Investment Committee of the Board effective December 31, 2021 to focus on his professional priorities. The Company thanks him for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
