SinterCast appoints Remium as Liquidity Provider

• SinterCast appoints Remium as Liquidity Provider
• Change to take effect as of 1 October 2007
• Remium to provide analyst reports and increased Small Cap exposure for the SinterCast share

SinterCast AB has appointed Remium AB as the Liquidity Provider for the SinterCast share, traded on the Small Cap segment of the Nordic Exchange, Stockholmsbörsen. As of 1 October 2007, Remium, based in Stockholm, will serve as the Liquidity Provider for the SinterCast share in order to improve the liquidity and decrease the difference between quoted prices. Under the terms of the agreement, and in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Nordic Exchange, Remium undertakes to quote prices in at least four trading lots, on both the buy side and the sell side, for the SinterCast share. The Liquidity Provider guarantees that, for a minimum of 85% of the trading time at the Nordic Exchange, the difference between the bid and ask prices for the SinterCast share will not be more than 3%.

Remium is a specialist company in supporting Small Cap companies by providing tailor made services including Capital Market Days (where companies can present their technology and market opportunity to Small Cap investors) regular analyst reports and a variety of corporate financial services. As a result of the appointment of Remium as the Liquidity Provider for the SinterCast share, Erik Penser Fondkommission, Stockholm, Sweden, will no longer serve as SinterCast's Liquidity Provider. SinterCast acknowledges and appreciates the good service that Erik Penser Fondkommission has provided since 2 January 2004.

In order to activate the Liquidity Provider service, Dr. Steve Dawson, President & CEO of SinterCast has transferred 1,000 SinterCast shares to Remium. This transfer will be formally reported as a change in Dr Dawson's holding from 25,000 shares to 24,000 shares, although he retains ownership of all 25,000 shares.
