On17 March 2015: (i) every 10 issued and unissued shares of HK$0.02 each of the Company were consolidated into 1 consolidated share of HK$0.20 each of the Company (“ Consolidated Share ”, collectively, “ Consolidated Shares ”); (ii) the issued share capital of the Company was reduced by the cancellation of the paid-up capital of the Company to the extent of HK$0.19 on each of the issued Consolidated Shares such that the nominal value of each issued Consolidated Share was reduced from HK$0.20 to HK$0.01; and (iii) each authorised but unissued Consolidated Share of HK$0.20 was subdivided into 20 new shares of HK$0.01 each of the Company
