At the request of Universe International Holdings Limited (the " Company "), trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been halted with effect from 1:00 p.m. on 13 June 2013 pending the release of an announcement in relation to inside information of the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, the board of directors of the Company comprises Mr. Lam Shiu Ming, Daneil, Mr. Yeung Kim Piu as executive directors of the Company and Mr. Ng Kwok Tung, Dr. Leung Shiu Ki, Albert and Mr. Ma Chun Fung, Horace as independent non-executive directors of the Company.
