CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that trading of the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has commenced at 9:00 a.m. on November 12, 2019. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Prospectus.

Reference is made to the allotment results announcement dated November 11, 2019 (the “ Announcement ”). The Company would like to clarify that on the cover page of the Announcement, the sixth paragraph should read as follows:

Potential investors should be aware that stabilizing action cannot be taken to support the price of the Shares for longer than the stabilization period which begins on the Listing Date and is expected to expire on Thursday, December 5, 2019, being the 30th day after the last day for the lodging of applications under the Hong Kong Public Offering. After this date, no further stabilizing action may be taken, demand for the Shares, and therefore the price of the Shares, could fall.
