May 17, 2016. Sino Agro Food Inc. reports that on May 13,

2016, it issued an aggregate of 1,223,102 shares of common

stock, consisting of (i) 248,384 shares to 68 employees and

members of management, (ii) 841,967 such shares to 7 directors

and executives and (iii) 132,787 such shares to consultants and

advisors, many of which shares had accrued since 2007. As a

result, there are now 21,356,859 shares of common stock issued

and outstanding.
