SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES soon expecting to conclude contract worth high
double-digit millions for production systems for CIGS thin-film modules

Kahl am Main, 11. February 2016 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS
TECHNOLOGIES) has already received End of 2015 the order to design an
advanced generation of CISARIS selenization systems for use in a CIGS solar
module factory in China. The main design works have been completed in
accordance with the requirements of the customer by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES
and synchronized in with the customer.

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES soon expects to receive an order to build the
production systems as a first stage of a CIGS solar module factory with
300MW capacity.

The contract volume may reach a high double-digit million euro amount.
