SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES reports a new order for a TIMARIS Deposition System
from Singapore

Kahl am Main, September 29, 2010 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES (SINGULUS) reports
that it has received an order for a TIMARIS vacuum deposition system for
data storage technology destined for Singapore. In July of this year,
SINGULUS has already written incoming orders for 2 machines. The total
order intake for the 3 machines is adding up to over EUR 8 million.

SINGULUS has already supplied in the last years a large number of special
coating systems for nano deposition technology for MRAM wafers and
thin-film write-read heads. The thin film coating process used in the
manufacturing of Blu-ray discs and solar cells is based on a similar
know-how from the field of vacuum thin film technology.
