First acquisition of 13.11% shares in SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG by China National Building Materials (CNBM)

Kahl am Main, 21 09 2018 – China National Building Materials, Beijing (CNBM), informed the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG that it has acquired a minority stake of around 13.11 % (1.166 million shares) from existing shareholders. The transfer of ownership (closing) of the shares to Triumph Science and Technology Group Company, LLC, a 100 % subsidiary of CNBM, became effective this Friday, September 21. In a second subsequent step, a further 3.64% of the outstanding shares are to be taken over in a timely manner after the occurrence of defined conditions precedent.
