Alster & Elbe Inkasso GmbH action: SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES announces final judgment

Kahl am Main, 27. October 2017: Today on 27. October 2017 the Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court confirmed the final judgment about the full dismissal of the action brought by Alster & Elbe Inkasso GmbH against Singulus Technologies AG and five further defendants to determine the liability for compensation with a value in dispute of EUR 750 million. The Alster & Elbe Inkasso GmbH has withdrawn the appeal from first instance. As expected by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and its legal advisors, the legal dispute can be successfully concluded.
