SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES reports provisional figures at 30 September 2018 – 3rd quarter brings jump in revenue and profit – forecast for year confirmed
Kahl am Main, 22 October 2018 – SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG reports revenue of EUR 44.6 million (previous year: EUR 15.3 million) for the third quarter of 2018, with the positive operating result before interest and taxes (EBIT) for the quarter in the order of EUR 5.2 million (previous year: EUR -2.1 million). In the first nine months of the financial year the revenue increased to EUR 91.0 million (previous year: EUR 63.6 million). The EBIT in the amount of EUR 4.0 million exceeds the previous year (EUR 0.4 million) substantially. These figures consequently show a marked improvement and are well up on those for the previous year. The order backlog at 30 September 2018 amounted to EUR 90.3 million (previous year: EUR 99.7 million).
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES expects for the fourth quarter of the business year a positive development and confirms the forecast for 2018 as a whole and revenue to be in the low triple-digit millions. The EBIT for the 2018 financial year should correspondingly reach the mid single-digit millions.
