Correction of Announcment from March 6, 2015 for a Correction for Voting
Rights 24.02.2015

On February 24, 2015, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter
Haftung, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on SINGULUS
TECHNOLOGIES AG, Kahl am Main, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on January 02, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.88%
(this corresponds to 1900000 Voting Rights

3.27% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1600000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
Voting Rights in SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG amounts to 3 percent or more: FPM
Funds SICAV Luxembourg.

Another 0.61% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 300000 Voting Rights)
are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 2, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

The issuer is responsible therefore equivalent to the desire of the
Bundesanstalt (BaFin) after.
