On March 16, 2015, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter
Haftung, Frankfurt am Main, Germany has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on SINGULUS
TECHNOLOGIES AG, Kahl am Main, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on March 11, 2015 and on that day amounted to 2.86%
(this corresponds to 1400000 Voting Rights).
0.61% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 300000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
2.25% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1100000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
