Voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21 para. (1) WpHG

On January 31, 2014, SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, Hanauer Landstrasse 103,
63796 Kahl am Main, Germany (ISIN DE0007238909, WKN 723890) has received
the following voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21 para. (1)
WpHG:

1. ARGOS FUNDS, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has informed us according to
   Section 21 para. (1) WpHG that on January 31, 2014 its share in the
   voting rights of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG exceeded the threshold of 3 %
   and on that date amounted to 3.02 % (1,477,007 voting rights).

2. ARGOS INVESTMENT MANAGERS SA, Meyrin, Geneva, Switzerland, has informed
   us according to Section 21 para. (1) WpHG that on January 31, 2014 its
   share in the voting rights of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG exceeded the
   threshold of 3 % and on that day amounted to 3.02 % (1,477,007 voting
   rights). Of this, 3.02 % (1,477,007 voting rights) were attributed to
   ARGOS INVESTMENT MANAGERS SA according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1
   no. 6 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed to ARGOS INVESTMENT MANAGERS SA are held via
the following shareholders, holding directly 3% or more of voting rights in
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG: ARGOS FUNDS.
