Von Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC wurden uns mit Schreiben vom
17. Oktober 2007 die folgenden Mitteilungen gemacht:

Hereby we inform you pursuant to Section 21 (1) Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on October 10, 2007, the shareholding
imputed to Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc. (the parent company
of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC), New York, USA, of voting
rights in Singulus Technologies Aktiengesellschaft, Hanauer Landstrasse
103, 63796 Kahl am Main, Germany has decreased below the 5 percent
threshold and that it currently is imputed to hold 4,86 percent of the
voting rights in this company (1,797,090 out of the 36,946,407 outstanding
voting shares). These voting rights are attributed to Arnhold and S.
Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc., pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 2 and
Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 Securities Trading Act. Voting rights are
attributed to Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc. by the First Eagle
Overseas Fund.

Furthermore, Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC, New York, USA,
hereby informs you pursuant to Sections 21 (1), 24 Securities Trading Act
that on October 10, 2007, our shareholding in Singulus Technologies
Aktiengesellschaft, Hanauer Landstrasse 103, 63796 Kahl am Main, Germany
has decreased below the 5 percent threshold and amounts to 4,86 percent of
the voting rights (1,797,090 out of the 36, 946,407 outstanding voting
shares). These voting rights are attributed to us, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc., pursuant to
Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 Securities Trading Act. Voting rights are
attributed to the Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC by the First
Eagle Overseas Fund.

On behalf of the First Eagle Overseas Fund, we also notify you that as of
October 10, 2007, the Fund holds furthermore directly more than 3 % of the
voting rights in Singulus Technologies Aktiengesellschaft, Hanauer
Landstrasse 103, 63796 Kahl am Main, Germany and amounts to 4,45 %
(1,644,040 shares and voting rights). The First Eagle Overseas Fund is a
U.S. registered investment company located at New York, USA.
