that via shares its Voting Rights on SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, Kahl am
Main, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007238909, WKN: 723890, have fallen below the
3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 30, 2007 and now amount to 2.86%
(this corresponds to 1056698 Voting Rights).
