Statement on voluntary tender offer by the company Jus Auctoris UG for the corporate bond of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG

Kahl am Main, May 20, 2015 – Persons who hold the corporate bond of the company SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES (WKN A1MASJ | ISIN DE000A1MASJ4) have received a public tender offer by the company Jus Auctoris UG via their depositary banks. This company has not previously had any association with SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES.

Jus Auctoris UG has offered to buy the corporate bond for 17.5 % of its value. The most recent closing price of the corporate bond on May 19, 2015 was 45.80 % in Frankfurt.

Neither has this offer been initiated by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES nor is it supported.
