Kahl am Main, 15 October 2015: Singulus Technologies Aktiengesellschaft invites the creditors of the EUR 60,000,000.00 7.75 % bearer bonds 2012 / 2017 (ISIN: DE000A1MASJ4 / WKN: A1MASJ) to a second bondholder meeting in Frankfurt am Main on 29 October 2015. The agenda includes in particular the appointment and special authorization of the joint representative of all bondholders and the temporary waiver of any termination rights until 31 December 2016.

The second bondholder meeting will definitely reach a quorum for the appointment of the joint representative. On the other hand, the planned special authorisation of the joint representative and the temporary waiver of any termination rights are conditional on the bondholders attending the meeting representing at least 25 % of the outstanding bond in value terms and approving these measures by a majority of at least 75 % of the participating voting rights.

Registration by no later than the end of 26 October 2015 is required in order to participate in the meeting. This also applies to those bondholders who had already registered for the first bondholder meeting on 8 October 2015. Fresh proof of the securities account with blocking notice is moreover required. All the relevant information needed as well as the forms for registering, authorizing a proxy or voting by proxy can be found on the company’s homepage (www.singulus.de) in the “Credit Relations” section, under the heading “Second bondholder meeting”.
