Change in the Supervisory Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG**
Kahl am Main, 09 August 2019 – Ms Christine Kreidl, graduate in business administration, WP StB, resigned her post as a member of the supervisory board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG for personal reasons by 10 August 2019. During her time as a member of the Supervisory Board, Ms Kreidl shaped the company with her extraordinary expertise and responsible, committed personality. The Supervisory Board and Management Board regret this step and expressly thank her for the committed and excellent cooperation over the past almost seven years.
Dr. Silke Landwehrmann, a graduate in business administration, was nominated by the Board of Management as a substitute member and appointed by the court with effect from 11 August 2019 until the next Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2020 as a member of the Supervisory Board. Dr. Landwehrmann was commercial director (CFO) of the ELG Group, Duisburg, from 2012 until mid-2019. From 2000 to 2012 she was with Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH, Duisburg, among others, as Head of Group Accounting and in various other management positions in the Group’s Finance and Controlling division.
With her expertise, Dr. Landwehrmann is an outstanding addition to the circle of the supervisory board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG. Dr. Landwehrmann will offer herself for election to the shareholders for the next term of office at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
