Today's Extraordinary General Meeting of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG
approves the restructuring concept of the company

Kahl am Main, February 16, 2016 - Today's Extraordinary General Meeting of
the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (ISIN DE0007238909 / WKN 723 890) approved the
proposed resolutions with regards to the implementation of the presented
restructuring concept with a majority of more than 90 % of the present
capital.

Following yesterday's approval by the noteholders' meeting, with today's
approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting, the essential prerequisites
for the successful implementation of the presented restructuring concept
were met.

However, some shareholders have filed an objection to the resolutions. The
company now has to wait whether the shareholders will file voidance
actions. However, the company is confident that such voidance actions will
be overridden in a fast track proceeding and that subsequently the
implementation of the restructuring concept can be initiated.
