On July 20, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the strategic cooperation agreement between its affiliate, Sino-Global Shipping Agency, Ltd., and COSCO Container Shipping Agency. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 .
