Description

Singular Health Group Ltd (‘SHG’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 10 February 2021.

Official quotation of SHG’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:00AM AEDT on Friday, 12 February 2021.

SHG raised $6 million pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 9 December 2020 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 30,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
