RESTRICTED SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW

26 March 2021 – Singular Health Group Ltd (ASX: SHG, “Singular Health”, or the “Company”), confirms that pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A that 100,000 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) will be released from escrow on 7 April 2021.

The Company will apply to ASX for quotation of these Shares when released pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.5.
