RESTRICTED SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW

21 May 2021 – Singular Health Group Ltd (ASX: SHG, “Singular Health”, or the “Company”), confirms that pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A that 300,000 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) will be released from escrow on 29 May 2021.

The Company will apply to ASX for quotation of these Shares when released pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.5.
