RESTRICTED SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW

30 June 2021 – Singular Health Group Ltd (ASX: SHG, “Singular Health”, or the “Company”), confirms that pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A that 100,000 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) will be released from escrow, comprising of 50,000 Shares to be released on 8 July 2021 and 50,000 Shares to be released on 9 July 2021.

The Company will apply to ASX for quotation of these Shares when released pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.5.

Authorised for ASX release by the Company Secretary.
